Meet Our Doctor
I grew up in the Syracuse area, and nothing gives me more pleasure than being able to provide my hometown community with excellent orthodontic care. The people I treat aren't just patients; they are also my family, friends, and neighbors. I strive to give each patient I see friendly, personalized attention and develop meaningful relationships with them during and after their treatment.
I received my bachelor of science degree in Pharmacy from Albany College of Pharmacy and I worked as a pharmacist prior to and during my dental training. I attended the University of Buffalo Dental School for my dental degree and specialty training at the master's level, where I graduated top in my class.
I continue to remain a leader in the field of orthodontics. In my pursuit of continued excellence, I attend numerous continuing education programs throughout the year to maintain the highest quality of care for my patients. I am also a frequent lecturer, sharing my orthodontic expertise at dental society meetings and dental study clubs.

Outside of the office, I love spending time with my wife, Bri, and my daughter, Melanie. You can find me skiing or snowmobiling in the winter and boating or golfing during the summer months. I also enjoy reading to the first and second grade classes in the elementary schools each year.

Michelle Rhodes
Registered Orthodontic Assistant
I was born and raised in Western Massachusetts and moved to Syracuse in 1996. I have been a certified dental assistant for 22 years. During that time I worked in the following areas of dentistry: general, pediatrics and orthodontics. I have worked for Dr. Paciorek since 2001. Orthodontics is what truly makes me happy. I enjoy helping patients achieve a beautiful and healthy smile. I enjoy exercising, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

New Patient Treatment Coordinator
I am the New Patient Treatment Coordinator at Dr. Paciorek's office. I have been working in the Orthodontic field for 26 years and I love it. I am married with four children and the whole family has had orthodontic treatment! My favorite part of my job is meeting our new patients and teaching them all about braces and how orthodontics can improve not only your smile, but your life.

Insurance Coordinator
I first met Dr. Paciorek when I chose him to be my oldest sons Orthodontist. While my oldest son was in treatment I was offered a position working for Dr. Paciorek, which I gladly accepted. I have now been here for the past 12 years. Previous to that I was employed by my general dentist, at the time, for 2 years and I worked for 17 years in customer service and sales. My specialty is in insurance. I get great satisfaction when I am able to retrieve a past due insurance payment for our patients or inform a parent that "yes, you do have an orthodontic benefit through your insurance." During the past 12 years Dr. Paciorek has also treated my second son and myself to a very beautiful and life long smile.

I joined Dr. Paciorek's team in September of 2008. I was interested in becoming a patient of his and was fortunate enough to join his excellent team as well. I enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, & just living life to the fullest. I am originally from Iceland, but I have traveled the world and somehow ended up in Syracuse. My joy of being around people makes me great at what I do here at Dr. Paciorek's practice. I really enjoy welcoming the new patients and also the existing ones and just making the experience fun for everyone. I truly enjoy working in the field and being able to see the patients' glowing smiles is just fantastic!
